# Server Rules

## For a fair and fun experience between players, kindly follow the rules below:

#### General Rules:

* **Respect Other Players**: Treat all players with respect, regardless of their skill level, background, or opinions. Discriminatory language, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.
* **Fair-play is a must**: Cheating, hacking, or using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. This includes exploiting glitches or bugs in the game.
* **Safe Community** : Do not share or create content that is obscene, offensive, or inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to, explicit language, hate speech, or sexually explicit material.
* **Respect Admins and Moderators**: Follow the instructions of server admins and moderators. Disrespectful behavior towards staff members will not be tolerated.
* **Account Security**: Never share your password to anyone, including a staff member. Keep your account secured at all times.

#### In-game Rules:

* **Respect Fellow Adventurers**: Treat all players with respect and kindness. Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
* **No Scamming or Fraudulent Activities**: Be honest and fair in your trades and interactions with other players. Scamming, trickery, or any form of fraudulent activity will result in severe consequences.
* **No Advertising or Spamming**: Refrain from spamming the chat with advertisements or irrelevant messages. Keep the chat focused on the game and avoid disruptive behavior.
* **Respect Server Staff**: Follow the instructions of server administrators and moderators. Disrespectful behavior towards staff members will not be tolerated.
* **No Real Money Trading (RMT):** Buying or selling in-game items or currency using real cash is strictly prohibited in our server.

#### Penalties:

* **Warning**: Verbal or written warning for minor infractions.
* **Temporary Mute/Ban**: Restrict chat or gameplay for a set period.
* **Permanent Ban**: For severe and persistent abuse.

#### Appeals

If you are wrongfully punished by a staff member, you are able to appeal it in our Ticketing System in discord. Be sure to read the important guidelines for appeal:

* **Submit Appeal**: Players can submit an appeal detailing their case.
* **Review Process**: Server staff will review the appeal impartially.
* **Decision**: A decision will be communicated to the player.
* **Outcome**: Appeals may result in penalties being lifted, upheld, or modified.
* **Final Decision**: The decision of the server staff is final.
